They are delivered with the Redtaag app pre-installed. Ready for use, all you need to do is pair to your device by adding a scanner in your back office and scanning the configuration code (or sending the code to be scanned to your access-control staff)
Very easy to use, you can set the scanner up from the back office to determine the events and doors to be controlled. The barcode readers automatically update with no intervention from your access-control staff.
You can place one or several scanners per door according to your access-control needs. You can continue sales after the start of control operations. In online mode, ticket scans update the reporting back office, which allows you to monitor numbers present at your event in real time.
New versions of the control app are updated automatically via the Play Store. The scanners are shockproof and waterproof. They can be used online and offline.
